But avoidclear vegetable oils and canola oil!Liquids include filtered water, raw vegetable juices; green tea, white tea; some raw fruit juices; and, a couple of the organic bottled juices, i.e. lemon, tomato, V-8. Avoid tap water, soda, diet soda, most bottled juices, (excess) coffee, and alcohol.
Acid-forming vs. Alkaline-forming Foods
Most plant-based foods are alkaline-forming foods that help the body to cleanse and initiate weight (fat) loss. All processed foods and meats are acid-forming foods that cause a buildup of the toxins and acid waste in the body, leading to weight (fat) gain, and, the inability to burn fat and lose weight.
As long as you are eating more alkaline-forming foods than acid-forming foods, this will help to keep you healthy. When the body consumes too many acid-forming foods over a period of years, it leads to a gradual degradation of the liver, gall bladder, kidneys, and colon.
In general, you should eat 70%-80% alkaline foods.
• Strongly alkaline foods: green leafy vegetables, tart fruits
• Mildly alkaline foods: fruits, vegetables
• Strongly acid foods: meat, dairy, soft drinks, processed foods
• Mildly acid foods: grains, legumes, nuts, fatty fish

In grade school we were taught that a cell is the unit of life and we have over 70 trillion cells in our bodies. The food we put in our bodies determines the health of every cell and organ.
The human body needs “live” foods to build “live cells”. By live foods I mean uncooked fruits and vegetables that have not been processed. Other foods such as nuts, grains, seeds and legume are considered live foods as well. They all come from the soil and are not processed like animal products such as meat, poultry and fish.

When we eat a fruit or vegetable we extract the juice from the fiber. The fiber is good for the intestinal tract, which it cleans. It stimulates the gums, salivates and stimulates the peristaltic action.
But because of the depletion of the soil and air, our bodies need approximate 15 pounds of fiber to have optimal health daily. No one can eat that much bulk, that’s when a juicer comes in to play. It repairs, emulsify, detox and cleanse the body.
Now, what is fiber? In nutritional terms it is called “roughage”. It’s most important function in the digestive tract is to push digested material through the body by stimulating the colon. Fiber is not found in chips, animal products or candy bar. It is only found in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes. Soluble fiber binds cholesterol in the digestive tract so it cannot be reabsorbed.

Now RAW juice goes into the blood stream and gets reabsorbed to bring the body back to homeostasis (balance). It does the same thing without the roughage but more vitamins, enzyme and nutrients are being consumed into the body to repair the cells.
Incorporating Raw Juice into your daily life is a purely healthy and natural way to furnish the body with all its nutritional needs. Vegetables are the building blocks of life -- they are responsible for strong healthy muscles, tissue, glands and organs. By consuming vegetables in juice form, you’re assured 100 percent of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and enzymes are being ingested. Fruits are the revitalizers and cleanser of the muscles, tissues and glands of the body. Most fruit will purify, emulsify and balance the blood cells.
A daily regiment of incorporating Raw fresh juice will flush body toxins and leave you feeling refreshed, energized and relaxed at the same time. Research has shown that Raw fresh juice plays a significant role in the prevention of many diseases.
Juicing works as an antioxidant and neutralizing free radicals in the system. Chlorophyll in green leafy plants such as spinach and broccoli has been proven valuable to everyone. Chlorophyll has been known to combat tumor growth particularly in the lungs by working on the adrenals glands and cleaning the lymph nodes and enriching the blood and freeing clogged arteries.
So, try a glass of Raw fresh juice today and live healthier, stronger and longer.
